SECRET ROOM
Lasers, LED, Mirrors, Haze, Video and Sculptures The SECRET ROOM transcends reality and opens up into daydreaming. Set in a real hotel room, the installation utilizes laser lights, mirrors and video projections, which arise from the kingsize bed in the center of the room.
It’s a modern, static fairy tale in an everyday setting. A setting we all know – a familiar setting that becomes unfamiliar. This simple hotel room undermines our preconceptions, plays with the collective subconsciousness, and lets us embark on a daydream journey.
